Greg Calder

Greg Calder was originally admitted as a Solicitor of the Supreme Court of England and Wales.

He practised with Solicitors in Lincolns Inn and then in the City of London for several years before returning to Kenya where he practised in the field of international loans and securities. He also acted on behalf of a number of international agencies and multinational corporations. Greg came to Australia in 1983 and became a partner with Butcher Paull & Calder in 1986. He is the partner responsible for the Business Law Department of the firm and practices predominantly in the field of business law which includes estate planning, trusts, commercial property, company law, taxation, securities, superannuation and stamp duty.

Greg is a sought after speaker and has presented a number of technical papers on those subjects at seminars organised by the Taxation Institute of Australia, the Society of Certified Practising Accountants, the National Society of Accountants and the Real Estate Institute of Western Australia.
