Michael Lavinio Panizza

Michael Lavinio Panizza is a Law Graduate at Butcher Paull & Calder. He graduated from Murdoch University with a Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Arts in June 2014.

Prior to joining Butcher Paull & Calder, Michael was a Law Clerk at several commercial law firms and also undertook work as a junior Procurement and Loss Prevention Officer. During this period Michael had a great deal of experience with OH&S policies, security system implementation, contracts of engagement and supply and purchasing relationships on a national scale. In addition to his experience, Michael’s interest in international affairs and human rights gave him the rare opportunity to personally speak and meet with Mr Nelson Mandela after winning an international competition of reconciliation and oppression.

Michael is now part of the Commercial and Business Law Department at Butcher Paull & Calder. Michael is commonly involved in matters pertaining to wills and estate, powers of attorney and powers of guardianship, succession planning, company resolutions and the drafting of a range of routine and complex commercial documents for trusts and superannuation.
