Sarah Ozanne is a lawyer in the firm’s commercial and business law department and joined Butcher Paull & Calder in May 2015.
Sarah graduated from Murdoch University with a Bachelor of Laws (with Distinction) and a Minor in Politics in December 2012 and was admitted to the legal practice in 2013. Before joining Butcher Paull & Calder, Sarah worked predominantly in the fields of taxation, trusts and estate planning.
Sarah works in the field of business structures which includes estate planning, trusts, commercial property, company law, taxation, securities, superannuation, mergers and acquisitions and transfer duty.
Sarah is a member of both the Law Society and the Tax Institute.
