Kelly Phillips graduated from Murdoch University in 2024 with a Bachelor of Laws with Distinction. While at university, Kelly received three academic awards, including the prestigious Vice Chancellor’s Commendation for Academic Excellence. After finishing university, Kelly volunteered at SCALES Community Legal Centre while completing her Practical Legal Training.
Kelly commenced employment with Butcher Paull and Calder as a Law Graduate in July 2025 and was admitted to practice in the Supreme Court of Western Australia on 14 November 2025. Kelly is a part of the Litigation team at Butcher Paull and Calder and works on various matters across multiple practice areas, including personal injury law, employment law, family law and commercial law.
